Caitlin Carroll, BCBA founded a private practice in 2017; she specializes in assessing and treating individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) & other developmental delays. In 2013, she received her undergraduate degree from Purdue University in Speech-Language and Hearing Sciences. Immediately following her undergraduate degree, she received a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with an emphasis in ASD. In 2021, Caitlin received her Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) certification from the Florida Institute of Technology (FIT).
In her clinical career, Caitlin has had the opportunity to directly touch the lives of over 50 children and families across clinic, in-home, & school settings. Furthermore, she has held and consulted with a variety of leadership roles across numerous organizations. From starting her private practice to helping others start & scale their own, her goals and vision remain the same; have high standards and execute on the details.
In 2021, Caitlin joined the Nest Life & Prospr family. Through Prospr, Caitlin is helping her clients & cohorts mindfully create the business environment & career of their dreams.
Later this year, Caitlin will be starting the “How to Prospr” podcast with CEO, Jennifer Phelps, MA, BCBA & Dr. Kathryn Topham, Ph.D., BCBA-D to provide further insight into Prospr’s business methodologies, client experiences, and more.
