Andrea Martins

Andrea attended Northern Arizona University and graduated in 2012 with her Bachelor’s in Elementary Education. While she didn’t teach in the classroom, she spent the next four years loving, teaching, and nurturing little minds as a nanny. In 2015 Andrea decided to pursue a career in the medical field. As an administrative assistant at a behavioral health company, she learned all aspects of running a medical practice, including client intake, revenue cycle management, preparing for and managing audits, and business operations. In 2016, she moved to a primary focus of billing, collections, and audit management. During this time the revenue cycle management process became her area of expertise. To solidify her knowledge she enrolled in a practice management course with the AAPC. She became a Certified Physician Practice Manager in 2018. She has worked as a Practice Manager for a behavioral health company since then. Now with Prospr, Andrea is excited to share her knowledge and expertise with as many people as possible. Her early years working with children fuels her passion to help companies focused on children meet ethical, legal, and government requirements.
